Frogs undergo an astonishing transformation. A metamorphosis as they grow from jelly-like eggs laid in water, to wriggling vulnerable tadpoles, and finally growing legs suitable for land. This process symbolises the importance of inclusivity, personal growth, and embracing differences. 

As our message, at Blue Phoenix, we know that like frogs, we all come in many colours and shapes, mirroring the spectrum of mental health experiences which represent navigating inner and outer words, and the courage and the process it takes to transform.
